MEMBER Introduction

Minami, WAKAKO
I worked as a registered dietitian at a hospital, gaining experience in nutrition counseling people with lifestyle diseases, and related duties. I studied food photography and food styling before becoming independent.
I later incorporated my business. I specialize in developing healthy recipes that are low in salt, sugar, and calories. I travel around the world to create recipes and videos that recreate the authentic flavors of different countries.
I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in medical sciences, researching the relationship between drinking habits and future kidney function.
